Coming Back to Yourself After Cassandra Syndrome- A Healing Talk & Workshop

$40.00

This February, during the month of love, EmpowerHER NT Circle is hosting a special therapist-led talk and workshop focused on Cassandra Syndrome and the process of coming back to yourself after prolonged emotional invalidation.

Cassandra Syndrome often develops in relationships where a woman’s reality, emotions, and perceptions are repeatedly dismissed, minimized, or misunderstood. Over time, this can lead to deep confusion, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, and a loss of trust in one’s own inner compass.

This workshop is designed to be healing, validating, and empowering.. a supportive space where women can better understand what they’ve experienced and learn gentle, practical ways to reconnect with themselves.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:

  • What Cassandra Syndrome is and how it develops

  • The emotional and nervous-system impact of chronic invalidation

  • Why self-trust erodes and how it can be restored

  • Compassionate healing approaches that support clarity, self-care, and inner stability

Cassandra Syndrome symptoms may include:

  • Chronic self-doubt or second-guessing your perceptions

  • Feeling emotionally invisible or unheard

  • Mental and emotional exhaustion

  • Confusion, brain fog, or difficulty articulating your needs

  • Loss of confidence or sense of identity

  • Heightened anxiety or emotional overwhelm

  • Feeling responsible for relationship distress that isn’t yours to carry

  • A persistent sense that “something is wrong,” without clear validation

  • “Nobody understands” feeling

  • Feeling isolated

  • Burnt out, sad, depressed

  • Panic of feeling like you lost yourself and want yourself and your life back before all of this

Workshop Details

  • Date: Late February 2026 (after Valentine’s Day.. exact date TBD)

  • Replay included: attend live, watch later or revisit anytime

This will be a warm, feminine, and supportive gathering .. a true girls’ get together on Zoom.

You’re invited to dress up or join in wearing pink or red if you’d like, in the spirit of self-love and reconnection. 💗
